Surface issue with clothing cut-out

Hey folks, need some help. I customized this G8 swimsuit first by altering its surface texture from cloth to Iray gold. Then I was successful at creating a stylized cutout. The problem? As you can see in the picture, her flesh in the torso area where the cutout is still has the sheen and reflections of the gold texture. How do I get rid of that?

You will need to apply the opacity map to the strength properties for the reflections etc., so that it turns them off in those areas.
