Help on Genesis 9 Essential Shapes Bundle - no files

Hi,

I bought the Genesis 9 Essential Shapes Bundle, but the 'Genesis 9 Head Shapes', 'Genesis 9 Expressions' and 'Genesis 9 Body Shapes' products are empty, I mean, there are no files inside the products, see the attached images..

I've already tried to reinstall them but no success.

How can I fix these products to get the files on each product ?

    These are shapes, and they will not have user facing files.

    If you load a G9 character and select it in Scene tab, they will show up in Parameters under Actor as dials, where you can dial them fully or partially to ypur liking.

    Essentially it is morphs, and morphs will show up in Parameters.

    If you buy a character, you will get user facing files for the character as well as the shapes will show up in Parameters.

    These products contain no presets/user facing files(DUF), so there's nothing to display in smart content.

    There should be morph sliders on the figure though, such as "Body Pear FIgure" from the body shapes.

    If those aren't present, then you have an issue.
