    That is https://www.daz3d.com/cb-milo-hd-for-genesis-9 if I am picking the right character.  He has several alternate facial scars; this is the other one:

    I thought I would do a quick render of CB Milo with the alternate scar (I swapped out his eyebrows)

    @Fauvist  yes, I can confirm that the character used here was Milo (I created the promo).  there was some modification to the skin textures, but nothing super huge.  Sorry, i didn't see this until now :)  happy rendering!!
