GNBD wings

edited October 30 in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

The [GNBD] wings are installed in props and anatomy but everytime I try to load them it says it can't find the files. I checked by having ds show me the files and they are there. I checked forum here so I unstalled the wings then reinstalled and they are in the ds my library folder and also in smart content but they don't load as they are not found. What should I do I need to use the wings.

    How are you installing?

    What is the full error text from the log Help > Troubleshooting > View Log (newest at bottom)?

    I used DIM and here is the error txt 2025-10-31 14:09:45.574 [IN025-10-31 14:10:20.950 [WARNING] :: Could not find file: /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/_GNBD Wings.dufFO] :: Loading Layout: C:/Users/angel/AppData/Roaming/DAZ 3D/Studio4/layout.dsx

    when I click on the image in content manager for the wings and click show where the files are it shows them in the ds folder, but they still won't load, nor find the files.

    It sounds to me as if you only have the icon, but not the actual duf file.

    If you click the image and select the info button there shoiuld be the path to where it is. If you in Windows Explorer go to that path, what does it then look?

    And if you in DIM finds the product, and right-click there should be an option to show installed files. Are they then all marked in blue (installed) and is the path the same place as you found for the icon?

    I did look for where the files are installed and they are there. That's why I don't understand I showed Daz where the files are too .I uninstalled from DIM and then reinstalled same thing they just say not found when clicking on any part of the files, and  do you want to close the scene when nothing is there.

    According to the files list these are the primary files:

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/_GNBD Wings.tip.png

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/GNBD Wing Gen8Fem.duf

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/GNBD Wing Gen8Fem.duf.png

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/GNBD Wing Gen8Fem.tip.png

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/GNBD Wing Gen9Base.duf

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/GNBD Wing Gen9Base.duf.png

    • /Props/GNBD/GNBD Wings/GNBD Wing Gen9Base.tip.png

    If you in file explorer go to your content library, and from there dig down to /Props/GNBD/GNDB Wings, which files do you then see?

    I don't have any issue from this products on my side ~

    In your Content Library, right-click on _GNBD Wings > Browse to File Location..., see what you get ~~ Better post a screen shot.
