Can you help me find this blue and white dress from Aureliia Doll Hair?

I think this is one of the cutest dresses ever.  I have looked through hundreds of pages of dresses at every 3d product website.

I really thought is must be AI.  However, in the promos of Aurelia Doll Hair, there was a side view.  

The artist is really talented whether it be 3d or AI.

    It could be Neftis made this dress in Marvelous Designer. I'm finding very similar styles for a Lolita dress at Art Station, RenderHub, CGTrader, etc., but not seeing an exact match.

    I searched the store under a variety of descriptions and then drilled down into the PAs' stores with no luck. I even brought up Rendo but there I failed miserably. I never can find anything there.

    Thank you so much for looking!!  I really think it might be AI or I found dresses yesterday that were made for gaming software.  If anyone ever makes that dress for DS, everyone will want it.

    Oh, I never thought of that!  I would love this dress, even if my character had to keep her arms a certain way LOL
