How to get rid of these Forehead veins on her forehead?

Is there any way to remove these ugly greenish Forehead veins from this indian girl's head?

    It seems that the veins are embedded in the texture map in Base Color (or Diffuse) slot of Face or Head.... you can firstly check the texture map in there.

    If it is the case, I'm afraid it's not really easy to remove them but you can always try to remove them by using Healing Brush in external image editor, e.g. Gimp, Photoshop ~~
