Shakespeare Look-a-Like?

The King of the Crazy Ask is back. Anyone seen a figure/model that might pass for William Shakespeare?

I'm messing around with Face Transfer and getting less than stellar results. Will probably resort to sculpting mostly from scratch, but figured I'd ask before I went down that road.

Well, as there are no known portraits of Shakespeare painted/drawn etc during his lifetime and the only one that is acknowledged as most probably what he looked like being the engraving of his first folio published seven years after he died, I think you have a lot of leeway. No one can tell you you're wrong ;)

Thanks. Yes, those are the two I was trying to work from with Face Transfer. But then I watched the trailer for the upcoming movie Hamnet, remembered also the vast number of different-looking folks who have played him over the years, and what Lorraine said, and I think I'll be OK with whatever I come up with.

Should I post an image when I'm done mucking about with him this morning?

EDIT: Feeling delighted by how it came out, so sharing for now. Keep in mind that this is for a comic and is of a younger version of the man and is meant to look a little stylized. Or a lot, I guess.

Why don't you use A.I. to transform his face, painting or drawing, into something more real?  It's very good at doing things like that.

  • Thanks for the feedback, but no. I don't use generative AI and don't plan to.

What do you think Face Transfer is or does that isn't AI?

    Julius 9 HD | Daz 3D

If you narrow the nose is similar but the hair you will have to combine two or three hairs & hide/geometry edit/delete.

The newest Face Transfer uses AI, you're correct (or at least it's advertised to). I don't own it for that reason. I tried using the previous non-AI version, didn't like the results, and went in a different direction.

Thanks for the tip on Julius. I don't own him yet, but may try to get him eventually to help out with this.

Very nice, and a cool, sexy vibe.
