Is there any way to see how the character looks in the viewport?
The character in the promotional images looks very attractive and has an East Asian appearance.
I don’t use Iray rendering — instead, I download the character and work by painting it directly in Photoshop after viewing it in the viewport.
Is there any way to see how this character actually looks in the viewport before making a purchase?

The viewport can have different styles: iray preview, texture shaded, Filament/Filatoon, wireframe, etc.
I guess you mean the texture shaded view (in which case no, there are no promos for that as it's meant to be rendered).
If you can be more speciufic about what you want someone who has the chnaracter may be willing to post a sample image - though that would require a post mentining which character it was in, probably, the Art Studio forum. I cannot imagine that PAs would be willing to post OpenGL versions of their characters on the product pages since most people would consider them poor.
My question is very simple: how can I actually see the real material in the viewport without using Photoshop or any post-editing?
No one would consider the character seen in the viewport to be of poor quality.
If you are not asking what we answered above then please try rephrasing your question.
I just want to see the character that the seller is selling directly in the VIEWPORT with my own eyes.
They're hoping some helpful user will take a screenshot of the figure in their viewport.
^Yes, but which viewport style? Iray Preview or Texture Shaded (or other)?
But I'd already said that above, so it seemed it was not answering the question.
maybe the OP should edit the title of the thread to Suki HD instead of the character so someone who has her can see it and post an openGL viewpoint render
