Oversized Sweater

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi All, I bought Sveva's Oversized Sweater set and they don't work.
After digging in I found that ALL sweaters of this style are Materials. I bought the green Oversized Sweater for a specfic model.
Product Sku: 95633, any ideas on how I fix this. I would contact Sveva, but have no idea how.

    I don't have the set, but the decription says it has the sweater and the materials - so you need to load the sweater first, select it in the scene, and apply the colour preset you want. Usually the actual model will be in one folder and the materials in a sub-folder of that, but since this appears to be a transfer from another store (judging by the product page) the layout may not be standard.

    I think you should be able to find the actual sweater under 

    [Your Library]\People\Genesis 8 Female\Clothing\Sveva\

    There is probably a sub-folder under there with this specific sweater in - I don't have the product myself, but that is the usual place to find Sveva's clothing.

    As the attached file showes the file path shows this as a Material.

    I will try the path to the wesite, to see what happens.

    And what happens when you double click that file? It certainly looks like a model, it is possible there is a packing error and it is in the wrong place or even that it was somehow replaced with a material - if it won't load the model please make a bug report (Technical Support ticket)

    I opened a ticket with Renderosity Support. I will let you know what happens.
