Winterblack Halls Missing Object

Hello all, I recently purchased the Winterblack Halls ( http://www.daz3d.com/winterblack-halls ) and today when I tried to load one of the Iray presets, it runs an exception for a missing file. Neither the file it's looking for, nor the folder it's looking in, seems to exist. I've searched my entire computer for the file, intending to just creat the folder and copy it there, but it just doesn't exist. The other preloads seem to load fine, but this is (of course) the one I wanted to use most (Win_Halls_Iray_P5). The exception reads "/Runtime/Geometries/Winterblack_Halls/wbh_wall_arch_mid.obj"  If anyone knows which file it is actually looking for, or where to obtain this missing file, I would be very greatful.

    You can file a support ticket and let them know it's happening so QA can look into it and get it fixed.

    That file is installed as part of the Poser content. Not sure why an iRay preset would be referring to it.

    But ... I just happen to have the Poser and DS versions installed and when I use that preset it works and creates a .dsf geometry under "data\auto_adapted\wbh_wall_arch_mid_5586" - so I'm guessing it imports the .obj, though why that should be necessary as the DS version has it own geometries under the data folder is unclear. Maybe Jack can shed some light on what's going on.

    But, anyway, definitely a support ticket job.

    It is a promo scene preset (if I recall correctly and not an Iray material preset.

    Ah, that explains a lot. Still kind of suck though, lol. I guess I'll just have to install the Poser content as well as a workaround for now.

    It is, but it's in a folder Scenes/Iray/Promos hence the confusion.
