I have tried everything and [VDB Smoke FX 02] it will not install. Any one else having issues??

How are you trying to install?
I have both install manager and Daz centeral as well as manual and it just does not move!
It is a large file 3.7 GB so it will take some time dependent on your connection.
Normally they down load fairly fast. This one is not even trying.
