    @RawArt, I could see just using him as just the moon head by hiding the body and neck. I would probably get more use out of him like that in a fantasy sky, fairy-tale type render. A "sun man" in the same manner would be interesting and maybe anthropomorhic clouds as well? Not sure if there would be enough buyers for all that, but if you need new ideas, the celestial realm awaits.

    And I know you don't create for G8 anymore, but just gonna say if it was for G8, I would have bought lunardo already. Still might get him if it is easy to hide the body and neck cleanly. Then I could use it alone as mentioned, or parent it to a G8 body and use it with all my other posing tools and scripts for G8.

    Yes Lunardo is a guy with a cresent moon for a head, and yes Mac Tonight had a cresent moon for a head, but THAT is where the resemblance stops. The image of a cresent moon anthropomorphized with a face has been a trope in illustration long before Mac Tonight and it will continue to be long after.

    The face on Lunardo, the body proportions and the textures are no where close to Mac...and that was intentional. The face is based on old world gnome style faces to give it a classical illustrative quality. This character is purely intended as a "Man in the moon" not an IP knock-off...........thank you very much

     

    It's good. I like it. Pre-50s Mother Goose style is what I took it to be as I had forgot about McDonald's Mac Tonight commericial which were good and successful to, in large part to using the old style Mother Goose imagery and Bobby Darin's crooner style.

    The Mac Tonight campaign was actually stopped because it was too close to Bobby Darin's IP.

    Yes, there have so far been three characters and bundles that have been eligible.
