Daz Studio 4.24 not selecting items in scene list when clicked on

Hi

If I select an object in the main working window i would expect the object to be highlighted in the scene list but its stoped working is it me?

    No I am numpty I had a filter on the scene list that was filtering out what I was clicking on... sigh I need more tea

    even when it's working it will stop and not wnat to select for a minute while it puzzles out what the heck it's doing deepinside internally.
