    Damned good actor, lots of great roles, and as the creator of the Sundance Film company, he helped thousands of actors and production staff create so many innovative movies.

    That was a shock when it came across the news. For so many things I admired the man. RIP.

    condolences, when I was a small kid it was Redford, Newman, Streisand the news was carrying on about constantly.

    I reached the age, when news like that feel like "the hits are getting closer and closer".

    We all are mortal... still it's sad to see a great human go.
