A question regarding http://www.daz3d.com/z-clock-tower-loft-poses that came up in the shop today. Can the time on the clock be adjusted, or is it fixed at 10 to 2?

Nobody that knows?
Only going by what the product page says they appear to be a static prop and nothing more..
That's what I thought too and it's a shame if it is, as it greatly reduces the usefulness of the set.
On the bright side, that makes it one item I don't have buy with my already strained DAZ Sales budget...
If they don't move, you might be able to cheat: Load two additional copies of the object, hide all the surfaces except one clock hand from each. Change the rotation point in the middle of the clock, then rotate the objects to set the time. Kludgy and slow to do, but it should work fine if you really need it to.
Or load three copies, use the Geometry Editor tool to select one hand each on two of the models, right-click hide unselected, right-click delete hidden, then select both hands on the last, right click hide selected, right-click delete hidden. Use the Joint Editor to set the centre points for the two hands. Parent hands to room. Save as Scene subset.
