Glass Table Collection for Iray Missing Prop?
Hello, everyone
I recently purchased the 'Glass Table Collection for Iray' by ImagineX and its really good, I really enjoy it and look forward to using it in scenes. However, I have one problem with it. There are 34 glass table props in this pack, and all of them load properly, except one, which is the 18th one. The 18th glass table labeled 'Glass Table 18' and a grey block appears in its place. I tried uninstalling the product and reinstalling it to see if that fixed it, but it did not.
Just wondering if its something I've done wrong, or something, or if its an issue somewhere if it can be fixed? I have no other issues with this set, I really love it, its great. Its just that the 18th glass table does not appear when I click on it to load it, instead a grey block appears. Or, is it possibly another product conflicting with it to cause this? I've had this happen before with another product from someone else that would cause grey blocks to appear only when certain other product(s) were installed too. Not sure what that could be though.
Thanks.

You can find the file list for this product here as part of the readme file. There does indeed seem to be a file problem with table 18. You should submit a technical support help request to report the problem. You could submit a refund request, if you just want to return the faulty product, because there is no guarantee that the problem will ever be fixed. You can request a refund by submitting a help request, too. The product will then be removed from your account and the amount you paid for it will be refunded.
Hey, barbult!
Thank you for your reply. I'm going to keep the product as all the other tables work fine and I really like the design and style of them, if the 18th one is never fixed, the set is still worth it as far as I'm concerned. I also got it on sale, so I'm not interested in getting a refund for it because I didn't spend much for it, and it 99% works. So, I'm not going to request a refund, but I will see if it can maybe be fixed, if not, I'll still keep it.
Thank you for the directions though!
OK, enjoy the working ones.
