Mortuorum Sacris not free?

As I understood it, Mortuorum Sacris is supposed to be this week's freebie, but regardless of having other products in the cart (Arabella and Clock Tower) the price is not subtracting. Now, what is going on here?

    I'm not sure whats happening. I can see if for free. Are you positive your logged in?

    refresh.  or back out of the cart and come back. eventually it should stick

    sometimes, not always, a forced refresh works

    press and hold the CTRL button and F5 to do a forced refresh

    maybe that will help

    No, but according to the ad it's "Free With Purchase(of more than $1)" for non-plat club members. I have more than $1 worth of stuff in my cart, still not free.

    Shadow Rogue, VR Helmet and no coupons.
