Does Install Manager offer migration to a second drive?

I was told there was a way to do this within install manager, but I have not found anything to verify it can do so.

To preface with what I want to do. My content directory is huge and I would like to migrate all of the self-contained items like vehcles or HDRIs so I can have smaller, better, tidier drives. I have an 8TB drive, but I have always preferred keeping things on 4TB drives at most.

I was told there was a way to select a file in the install manager, tell it where the new folder was, and it would migrate the install to the new location. Uninstalling everything and reinstalling it to the new drive would be a sisyphean task, so if it I can just tell it to move things and go to bed, it would be a god-send easier tha alternatives.

Yes there is a way. Moving the content is the same as reinstalling it, all files need to be re-located in either case. You don't need to re-install everything, just the ones you want to move.

You can define a second installation location (or as many as you want) in DIM on the Advanced Setting dialog -> Installation  tab -> Content Path Shortcuts (define the same location(s) in Daz Studio Content Directory Manager utility). There is a shortcut to get there at the bottom of the Ready to Install tab, in the Details pane at the bottom (Check the Show Details box). Click the cog wheel on the right.

Still in the Ready To Install tab, select the Content Path Shortcut from the Details pane to which you want to move the Products. This is where all subsequent installs will go. You will have to take care to check which location is in use when installing new content, but it is trivial to undo mistakes by re-installing to the correct location.

In the DIM Installed Tab, select all the products you want to re-locate. You don't have to do them all, and try it on a few to make sure you got it right.

In the Installed Tab, right-click anywhere in the window (I like to use the empty space next to the Products check box) and select Re-Install Package(s) -> All Selected. Sit back and let it rip.

Thank you. That's easier than what I was dreading.
