  Sorry, that's the only one like that I know of. Thought it may be similar to what you were looking for. I vaguely remember there being a near noon version of it, but can't find it on the site so maybe it was wishful thinking.

  I think you're looking for HDRIs, but if you happen to need models of New York buildings as well, take a look at Aurelio's work. The resemblance between Aurelio's models and real places that I know in New York is sometimes eerily close, so that I actually started wondering if Aurelio lived in my neighborhood. I think the models are 'inspired by' rather than exact versions of specific buildings, but they really capture both the style and the details.

  It's likely a photo, either added during postwork or used as a backdrop.

  In 3D, the Urban Sprawl line from Stonemason is useful to get building in the background:
