M3D Xyber Vision - Help

Product: https://www.daz3d.com/m3d-xyber-vision-for-genesis-9

Hello, I purchased this product and was wondering if there was something I was missing. It says "rigged" in the description but the actual eyes are a prop. Am I supposed to just make their parents the left and right eye? In the product images I see that the actual iris also moves around and such so I was thinking there's something more.

Thank you.

Ah, I have this product.  There are several things in the product so that might be what is confusing you.  There is a static prop (a mech eye as it were) with its own material settings and a set of material settings for the Genesis 9 figure.  I just select the character, go to the appropriate material, get info and read if the material has prop in its name or not to apply the appropriate material.  Dang, now I have to render a cyberpunk figure with one eye closed holding the prop in its fingers as it it had disconnected its eye. Nonetheless, the product works as it should.

here are the appropriate material settings:

Thank you for the reply. I tried searching for the Genesis 9 materials but couldn't find any that worked (tried applying all of them in the IRay eye color folder), it seems they're all for the prop.

So, my next question is how do you apply the textures?

So what i have is the Genesis 9 textures which have Genesis 9 in the  path name (note the teal writing in the bottom left of the info window)

Finally, I apply the Genesis 9 textures by opening the figure in the scene tab and applying the Genesis 9 eyes and not the whole character

let me know how you are applying the texture.

The prop textures have Prop in the path name

I am very glad... roughly half the time, Richard Haseltine must step in and adjust my instructions!
