Bishop 9 looks very impressive. Both the Bundle and Add-On Bundle are good. I'm not that into WARHAMMER, but is that a one-for-one recreation of the armor sets?

    I practically made my own character bundle; Bishop 9 + one of the new items in the bundle + 3 other random back catalog items from the featured DAZ Originals PAs.

    I really like Bishop 9; with the Golden Ticket discounts and 8 tokens, the character bundle practically flew into my cart. However, I would like it even better if black male characters weren't almost reflexively given military clothing – even though I like the outfit. I know from my own experience that black men don't just want to and know how to shoot guns.

    The exaggerated “expressions” are not to my taste, but Soto's “Low Fade Hair and Beard for Genesis 9” are, as far as I can tell. (Dark-skinned) People with dark hair and beards, minimally lit against a dark background – that doesn't make a meaningful impression. And normally I want to see what I'm buying... However, you can book Soto's work “blind”; the name stands for high quality.

    I really appreciate when they release unique looking characters, especially male ones. I’m also a fan of detailed morphs, particularly in the hands and feet.

    Whatever happened to the 80s Batman vehicles that came out when Thomas 9 was released? I was thinking about getting one of them for a parody image, but I don't remember if they were exclusive or for a limited time, or were pulled.

    The "Bishop 9 HD Character Bundle" includes Bishop 9, which is the Golden Ticket today, so the bundle should be an additional 30% off, but I had to add Bishop 9 into my cart as well as the bundle to get the discount.

    Bundles are now set to discount for already owned items, and Golden Ticket discount does kick in for the rest of that day rather than having to wait for the next, so best would be to buy the character and then buy the bundle for the extra discounts from Golden Ticket and already owning the character.

    You'll only pay for him once as long as you're doing two orders: in the first one, you'll buy him as a Golden Ticket (so for 2.99 or 3.99) and then, when you'll buy the bundle, because you already own him, the bundle will be discounted automatically, on top of every other discount.

    And it's the same for all bundles now: they'll be discounted depending on how many items you already bought, and depending on how much each item are worth.

    Not sure if there is only one path to the Ultimate Cart but here is what I did. Initially I had everything in my cart, total was $51.24. I removed everything and purchased Bishop 9 for $2.99 under the Golden Ticket (as DAZ Premier Member) - don't know if that changed the overall price if I had not bought him as a Golden Ticket item first, but wanted to try the alchemy on the cart.  Then I went back and put both Bishop 9 Bundles and two texture add-ons in my cart (yes, it warned me that I already owned an item and applied the discount).  Total was $44.67.  I think I can do better!  This is where all those memberships pay off!  I applied my "08_25PREMIER" coupon and got the cart down to $34.68.  I applied 8 Tokens and got the final PULL-THE-TRIGGER!!! price to $14.58. 

    Your mileage may vary - good hunting out there!

    Got Bishop 9 as the Golden Ticket item, the along with Imperial Commander outfit (I wasn't interested in the bundles). Which meant I could get Olympia 9's Character Bundle for $5.22. I also bought Wagner 9 earlier in the week. Leaving my Character coupon for Tabitha 9. *Big grin*

    edit: ok never mind, I found someone else who had them in his wishlist and they vanished for him too before he could buy them. Lesson learned, whenever a product appears to be really similar to an existing franchise and you think you might want it one day, buy it immediately (like the Warhammer-like stuff in this Bishop bundle).   ;)

    I did something similar. Bought Bishop & the hair/beard - not interested in other items - and used my code for Norba. Wonder what I can get some other bundles down to?

    @joanna thanks for the help with the skin. Have to play around and see if I can get the look of those 2 promos I mentioned.

    I think I saw that promo as well. But there was another Batman type vehicle released ages ago, https://www.daz3d.com/the-splinter. Not sure if it will work for you or not.

    You are remembering the Dark Knight Bundle which was released on August 8th 2024 (7 days after the Thomas 9 release)

    ETA: And gone again by August 13th.

    Thank you for the link. I mainly just wanted to make a silly image or two using the very similar movie products, but that looks like a nice product too.

    LOL, it lasted five days? You need to be quick to buy this stuff.   ;)   I wish we still could get it either with a non-commercial usage clause or as a freebie. I think about all the work that someone did to make those models look so accurate and am disappointed that it was largely wasted. Thank you for clarifying.
