Tokens and Outlet Store Items Question

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if tokens are supposed to work with outlet store items? They don't seem to be working for me.

    From the banner on the outlet store:

    "Unless otherwise specified, no discounts, coupons, tokens, or other deals may be applied to Outlet Items."
