  https://www.daz3d.com/bernedette-hair-for-genesis-8-females so it is probably the usual Goldtassel promo character, which is not available as a product though people have made their own recipes. If you do a forum search (or a geenral search with site:www.daz3d.com as one of the terms) for goldtassel or goldtassel character you should find those.

  This character is not a commercial product, she's a custom figure used by the promo artist.
