DAZ Won't Take MY Payment; Won't Tell Me Why

I am trying to buy a product (Black Dragon Clothing Set) for the first time since I bought a new computer and granted it is also the first purchase in several years. I still have my DAZ account but am using a newer VISA debit card. But the short of it is that there was a problem with accepting my payment, and DAZ won't tell me what went wrong. Is this usual now? Never had this problem before and I have no idea where to go from here.

    maybe try and use PayPal?

  • Don't like using that when I have my own perfectly good checking and savings account, but I guess I may have to. Thanks.

    It was a bit of a struggle to set up a new account there, but I did it. Thanks for the idea, which would never have occured to me in my own.

    Did you try contacting your bank ? They may know the reason why your paiement failed.

  • Well, I doubt that was the case or seems to me Paypal would have failed as well seeing as that is what I used as the basis for my payment. I did have a problem when they denied my payment for this new computer and I had to approve it. But then I thoiught I had to make the payment again and almost wpound paying for TWO computers. Caught that in time to cancel the second one fortunately. But yeah that was a lot of fun. But the Paypal payment went through so my card and bank account must be good afaik. Thank you for the ideas though. Priot to last week that would have been my top suspicion.
