Does anybody know the character, or at least texture, used in the promos for the Umbra Headress product?

..did a bit of searching and this is he closest could find for the character with similar makeup. The last promo image mentions that all the options are not shown.

This is the closest I could find to the streaky makeup pattern (also checked "the other stores")
