  Have you looked at Faveral's older set and props? There is a Medieval Construction Site and a separate prop set. Both are included in https://www.daz3d.com/medieval-construction-bundle.

  https://www.daz3d.com/medieval-construction-site - I loaded the set and there is a semi-built cathedral with buttresses and wood forms.

  https://www.daz3d.com/medieval-construction-props - there is a wood arch form in the props.

  Not sure if any of the wood beams could be separate and adjusted for your needs or not.

  If you need a simple straight beam, you could create a cube primitive, scale it as you like in X Y Z Scale parameters, and texture it with any wood texture, try to copy the church benches Surface and paste it to your beam Surface, then tweak the Horizontal and Vertical Tiles parameters to match your needs..

  The most important thing is to make it the environment look good and natural adding some lights props into the scene.

  When you speak of light props, are you thinking of modern ones to light a current event for say a TV/movie film crew? Or for lighting during the time of the original construction? Keep in mind, flame was dangerous and burned down many catherdrals, homes, and towns. Would an antique cathedral have placed candlelabras well above the easy reach of sextons? (I am an American and not religious, so have little exposure to old cathedrals. My time in Europe's cathedrals was limited and I will be honest I didn't pay attention to lighting in the rafters.)

  not sure what you want, but if you type construction beam into sketchfab you might find something.  The download symbol means it's free, in case you didnt know.

   

  Alternatively, many sets contain lighting rig props you can repurpose, assuming that was what you wanted.
