I love your renders! So inspiring!
In the image tab, if you limit the width to 800 and click the lock icon locked, then your images will be displayed with the correct aspect ratio.
I like her much better than the last core lady. The brows are great, body proportions seem reasonsible and some nice depth to the face textures.
I've just purchased her base figure, no HD.
Posted next to Olympia, Cressida, Calum.
Big versions attached.
Grabbed the bundles, love the characters and textures but I'm having trouble getting the toon eyebrows and toon eyelashes to show up. I select the figure in the scene tab, select the surfaces in the surfaces tab, apply the toon materials and... nothing.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I *guess* I solved it? Do I really have to load the character, apply the toon shapes and materials, then add Genesis 9 Toon eyebrows and Genesis Toon 9 eyelashes and then applly the character's materials to *them*? You would think that selecting the Toon shape would do that for you.
Surely there's go to be an easier way...
She's lovely, and I like her toon skin!
Steampunk does nothing for me.
And there is. For some reason the full character wasn't showing up in my Genesis 9 Toon/Characters tab (even though she showed up as options to apply elsewhere) and I kept loading her in pieces that didn't work all the way. A full reboot of DAZ Alpha and my machine and everything's fine.
Coffee helps.
Coffee always helps.
It certainly does.
Now that she's working perfectly, here's a quick lip sync test:

Oh damn thanks for the heads up. I realy like the character and the bundles. But it's 2025, I'm not buying characters with painted on body hair. Shame, though.
Nice job!
Is the Toon Ash Hair for Genesis 9 for FilaToon or Iray?
The bundles says: "A FilaToon handpainted styled hair".
But the product itself says "It renders beautifully in Iray" and "103 Texture, Bump, Displacement, Normal, Reflection, Specular, and Transparency Maps (4096 x 4096) Daz Studio Iray Material Presets (.DUF)"
Thanks.
As far as I can see, it's Toon all the way. I don't have any iRay options that I can find, and nothing I can see listed in the installed files list in DIM.
Thank you for the info. I suspected it might be a copy and paste error. But you never know.
I'm always oddly surprised when people recognise our work, I even went back to see if our name could be found anywhere, but then again, our info slides aren't the most original aha!
The shape I sadly can not take credit for as before it's the texturing that I do, but I'm glad you seem to like it!
I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner!
It sounds like you were able to find the character preset in the end?
This might be down to my own misunderstanding, the listed textures is an error 100% I'm not sure how I managed that. But I also just liked the way it rendered in iray.

All I could say was, "WOW!"
Thanks, but it's just a matter of having an audio clip and using DAZ's 32-bit lip sync. It's simple enough that a monkey could do it... luckily I meet the minimum requirements...
I don't like your textures, I love them.
For decades (literally) I've used many different methods to get a comic/toon look and feel in DAZ Studio that I never quite got, though often close with things like PWToon and a gazillion Photoshop plug-ins and actions.
When Filatoon was finally available for Mac users and the Willow 9 sci fi stuff came out, it re-ignited my interest in using DAZ Studio again (I'd paused my 3D used to pursue 2D avenues like Cartoon Animator and Moho).
Your Toon textures for Lucas 9 and Mira 9 (and now Asha 9) are my current go-tos.
The only problem with them is that there's not enough of them. I really want to buy more, so if you're not too busy, please make a bunch of them.
Here's the three Censored texture sets that I'm using for my next animation (the Mira 9 and Asha 9 are both used on the three females to give a little shading variety):

Asha is a great character. Changed the skin to give her a more East Indian look.
I like her a lot. She has a much more realistic face and base form compared to Madison 9. Her skin is very detailed and the imperections really bring her to life. And the toon version is a great inclusion!
Very nice East Indian character!
Very nice images, I'd be hard-pressed to pick a favourite. Thanks for showing off Adore for those of us who aren't Premier customers.
Hello! I just got the Steampunk Slums and am having a hard time making my renders look like the promo pics. Is there an HDRI that was used in the promos that doesn't come with the set?
Thank you!
I really like the "live action" renders of this character. I can see it's a versatile character.
