  Option 1 of 1 (unless someone knows better): G8F to G3F character converter. Don't have it, but on my wishlist. The conversion script by the same PA from G3F to G8F has worked very well for me on 'normal' characters. I've never tried it on extreme characters. I would expect this to be the same.
