Scene Subset not saving poses

I built a main scene and with each pose change, I saved a subset for the characters tha were altered. While in photoshop I realized I needed to change something, but when I opened the Subset file. The character was in an old pose from the original main scene, despite the fact that I was in scene 34, and the character had been moved into various poses. Is there something specific I must do for the character to retain the pose when I subset it out? Thanks.

Were you at a different frame number on the reloaded scene compared to the one it was when you saved it?

No, that shouldn't happen... and there's no specific thing you have to do when saving a Scene Subset, you just need to check the figure you want to save as a Subset in the list of Save Optiions before saving.

Well, does the pose shown in the thumbnail of Subset file look correct ?

Thanks for the response. So the thumbnail has the correct pose, but when I open the file, she is in a different pose. Guess it's a glitch. I will just have to go back to saving the entire scenes.

We're you working in Daz Alpha? I've seen this behaviour on scenes that created in 4.24, modified in Alpha and then opened/merged in 4.24. Cameras and shape adjustments also don't carry back to 4.24. Instead, I get whatever those were set at before taking the file into Alpha.

Odd ~ are you using Camera Magic ?  What's the DS version are you using ?

I am still in 4.22. I don't like to upgrade in the middle of projects.
