Attention Dreamlight Need Help

I am having a problem at your site.  I was able to log in through one of my accounts and went through the cart to get the items I wanted.  Once done I couldn't download anything.  I keep getting this message...

Error 404 - Page not found!

The page you trying to reach does not exist, or has been moved. Please use the menus or the search box to find what you are looking for.

 

This isn't the first problem I had, but since I can now log in through the one account, my only problem is getting the downloads.  Never received any emails about the transaction or message for downloads.

Can you please help with this?

    If you write to their support (at his site, not at Daz), they can sort this out. I had some download issues as well, but it all got sorted out.

    If you bought from Dreamlight's own site, then only that site can give you any hepl. 

    Daz 3D can only help with products bought through the Daz 3D store.

    I know about Daz can only help with their products, but this was the only place I could think of the reach Dreamlight and at their facebook page.  I got no response from the facebook page.  When I tried to send them notice at the site, A week later and I still have problems.  Here was my last resort to reach them unless I am not getting their correct site to send a ticket to them?

    I tried to send you a private message, but the system can't find you. :)

    I know I can't post URLs, so I'll be cryptic. :))) Go to their shop page, and you can find their Kayako support page by clicking "Support" on the right of the menu bar. It took a little over a week for me to get a response, but I did get one eventually.
