Does anyone recognize the room from this promo?

it could be https://www.daz3d.com/harwood-house going by the window

possibly kitbashed with other furniture and props, cannot check right now but that TV not in listed props

I added the image to help others to see easier and stay on the page

Nice suggestion, WendyLuvsCatz, but the windows and the trim around them don't match up.

...I did an exhaustive search  both here and at the "other" two stores. and came close but nor a match.  It looks damn familiar though. Of course the store search here also leaves a lot to be desired.

I tried to find a match through Google Lens  by isolating a part of the image without including the figure was but it was too small.to produce an accurate match.

As the dress is ca. 2013, the set must be from around then or earlier and possibly may have been discontinued. Or teh room could be a kitbash using Collective 3Ds "Create A Room" elements but I don't recall that particular treatment on any of the window frame components unless they were further kitbashed.

As I mentioned it looks awfully familiar so I may actually have this set in my Daz content library or Poser runtime but it's 02:20 here and I need to turn in.

The 'Elite textures Lana', listed in additional products for the 'Hot dress Fits' is pretty old. I bought it in 2008, not sure if it was a new item then. But it might have been an old item when it was used in the advert.

I think it's 'Apartment Bedroom' by Winston1984 and DigitalMercantile over at Rendo. The window, wall colour and oriental wall art all match exactly.

The TV is also from that product. It's from 2007

..ah, when I mentioned 2013 that was after I clicked on the image and it took me to the Unimesh Fits which were released then (based the ReadMe file for the product)

For the setting, probably the best solution would be to use Collective 3D's Room Creator elements and add a few touches to get the same look.  As I understand they are still on sale. I find those kits along with various texture content sets to be extremely useful. The next best thing to trying to model it yourself.
