So, yes I've been installing 3rd party assets and most of the time I wind up with error msgs saying missing textures and UVmaps and leaving me with grey blocks or blank white skins... I'm posting some screen-caps of my folders and some help would be greatly appriciated. Since I'm still new to Daz, I'd like to figure this out so I don't have this issue again, Thanks in advance for any advice and/ or help on this matter very much, hope everyone is well.

There looks to be something messy in your installation. You have an Ultralib folder with a My Library folder inside. So you have potentially nested folders.
If you are installing to an existing library, you must make sure that 'Data' and 'Runtime' is merged with the existing Data and Runtime. The other folders should as well, but Data and Runtime are referrenced by the product.
What does your content libraries look like? In DS Edit > Preferences > Content > Content Directory Manager and then expand 'Daz Studio Formats' and post a screenshot.
According to the images you have posted the data in the 4th & 5th windows IS NOT the same path that DAZ Studio is looking for in the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Windows.
a) Make sure your DIM settings and your DAZ Studio settings have all the correct names for your DIM file locations and your DAZ Content Library location(s).
b) Once that is done, you probably should use DIM batch deinstall to uninstall all your content. Then double check the DIM & DAZ Studio settings for content location again and then use DIM to batch install all that content again.
c) If you don't want to do b) manually make all the missing directories in your first image in Windows. Now copy or move all the DAZ Content in the wrong local to the path you just manually maid to match the path in your DAZ log in the first image. NOTE: The CSM Postgres database might be, and likely is wrong. The CSM database is used for Smart Content mostly I think. Maybe Richard Haseltine will come and clarify that.
I'm not using DIM since these are 3rd party, I WISH these could be run through DIM, lol. Regretfully I am SUCH a newbie to this, half og the things I get told I don't fully understand. I'm trying my hardest without asking to be hand-held through this process. Sorry for any confusion and/ or spinning my wheels.
So i removed everything related to Ultrawoman/ Ultragirl except for the ones I know work. With that out of the way, when I unzip the files, what do I put where? Should I put them in the main directory or create a seperate Base Directory for them? I know how to create a base directory, but once there, what files go into which folders? I keep getting the missing textures and uvmaps in data/genesis8female/etc etc and i can't find what files to put where for those to work. Is it a Runtime folder issue? And if so, what files go in there vs the ones going into data? and WHICH Runtaim and Data folders do I use? I've tried so many "logical" locations in so many different data and runtim folders that i've lost some braincells and sleep to this, lol. Any help is welcomed and thanks everyone for being patient with me.
As a side note, if someone has Discord, I'd gladly set a time to meet you all there, share my screen, and we can work this out together, I'm totally down for that if anyone else is, just let me know. And as a personal promise, anything I learn I'm more than happy to share with the next folks who need a hand, afterall, we were ALL new to this at one time or another. Thanks again.
I would suggest having a seperate content library for all 3rd party content.
The structure should be the same as your Daz Content library, i.e. Data folder and Runtime in first level in the library.
To install 3rd party content:
