White Spots on Warrior Hair

I purchased "Warrior Wet Hair for Genesis 3 Male(s)" [ https://www.daz3d.com/warrior-wet-hair-for-genesis-3-male-s ] many moons ago and I just noticed that there are white spots on the hair. In fact, looking closely, those spots are even present on the ad page.

Is there a way to get rid of these spots? Thanks in advance.

I see some bright, but not white, areas where the wet hair is reflecting the light. It is possibly a bit much, you could try making the hair less reflective in the Surfaces pane.

I have the product and use it a great deal. No, there are aren't white spots on the hair.  Instead it is very very glossy with the Warrior WET Hair being the important part.  If you would like to have it less glossy and wet, the easiest path is to select the hair, go to the Surfaces Tab, go to Glossy and replace the white with a grey.  The hair won't appear wet but you won't have the specular bright spots.
