How the heck does one cancel DAZ+? I sent in a ticket but for the life of me I cannot find anywhere or way to cancel the monthly. Surely a ticket cannot be the only remedy. It was due to expire tomorrow, July 20th, but DAZ took the arbitrary liberty of renewing it today, for tomorrow, which is unacceptable. I also am not surprised but disappointed that DAZ promised a week free and never delivered on it. It's not the money . . . it's the principal.

There should be a cancel membership button under the price of the currently active membership.

on PayPal I just canceled the recurring payment and got an email from DAZ saying sorry to see you go

I am guessing I don't see it because I cancelled through PayPal and DAZ already knows because of the email

You sent in a ticket asking how to cancel DAZ+? Please report to us if they respond.
I sent in a ticket a few weeks ago asking how to sign up for DAZ+ and never got a response.
I mentioned in the ticket that I needed to be sure I did it correctly so that they wouldn't automatically renew it in a year, because my health is failing and I don't want an additional problem when more serious things may be happening a year from now.
In their infinite compassion, I believe they understood that I shouldn't add to my worries, so not signing up is the best plan for me.
Plus there's a new aspect now to signing up. Something about a "nickname" regarding your credit card (as best as I can remember now). I asked about that too.
The lesson from this is that there are better ways to save money here than dealing with their Daz+ system: buy only what you definitely, truly and immediately need. Especially if it's on sale.

We have reproted the issue with the missing cancel button (which affects me too) and it is being looked into.
...I wonder if that's how I accidentally subscribed to the new plan the other week when I intended to cancel the auto renew before it took effect after the one week membership extension I was given..
Don't even know why that happened as I was still on the "old school" membership plan.
I think this thread has a chance of reaching 3000 posts.
For a while, Cancel was under Base Membership, which was a strange place. I think when I cancelled mine early July, I cancelled on PayPal first & it notified Daz. At any rate, I had Daz's Sorry to See You Go email notification before I had a chance to go to my Daz account.
