  You don't show the icon you meantion, and there are only the two images for the three stages. However, iit is clear that DS is isntalled and opening to an extent. One thing that has been suggested is holding down the Windows logo key (usually more-or-less bottom-left of the keyboard, next to the Alt key) and tapping the up arrow key with the DS icon on the task bar selected (so it should be open).
