I need help finding a script

I hope someone knows what I'm looking for: It's a free script that I found online not long ago and that helps positioning stuff like cables and elastic bands on animated props and chars. Basically the script orients the prop and resizes it to reach the target.
The promo pics were about a spaceship that drags a meteor with some cables positioned with the script. I don't remember the script's title or the author's name.

Someone ever heard of that?
