    Daz Central and DIM are essentially the same under the hood, and if installed after DIM Daz Central will adopt its settings and vice versa so I am not sure why one would work when the other didn't, other than possible security software issues.

    Sorry for the thread necromancy but thank you! I just installed DIM on a new laptop with a clean install of Windows and it would fail with the same SSL errors, even after installing the godaddy certificate mentionned previously in this thread.

    However, installing DazCentral (deprecated, I know!) fixed DIM..! It also continues working after uninstalling DazCentral.
