Hello,
Is there something with DAZ Install Manager or servers ???
Each time I connect on DIM, I got login error and after I enter my password ...
It seems I'm connected on someone else account,
because all stuff there are not mine ...
Someone got that problem too ?
On screencap, the 813 products in my download list are not my files ...
I can see order number for each file and none are from my orders.

Please open a support ticket, it may indicate a problem with your account. Certainly I am not seeing an issue here so I don't think there is a geenral problem.
Thanks Richard, filling a support ticket right now :)
Just happened to me too, it was fine yesterday, but I have just bought GenX2 and I'm getting this problem and no sign of GenX2 in this list. Off to log a support ticket...
Just happened here, I shut down and reconnected and it was fine after that.
Yeah I did that too and it sorted itself out so I didn't log a ticket because they probably wouldn't be able to replicate it ;-( Weird glitch though.
That happened to me yesterday (Oct 09), too. Connected to someone else's account, because there were a couple dozen products that I had not bought, and my items were not there. I restarted IM a couple of times and refreshed and finally got to my account. After careful examination, I found that there were still a couple of files from previous orders that were not available in IM, but were in the Product Library on the site. After manually downloading them and placing them in the IM download folder then doing a refresh, they were not associated with any order number. (They were the Poser versions of a couple of products, which I do not use presently, but still, maybe something else is missing).
the download link button on my account doesn't work thinking it chrome thing hasn't worked for months luckily just start up my dim program can still download starting that up
I had this problem two or three days ago but everything seems fine now.
The bug was quickly resolved here via a support ticket, thanks Crissie ;)
Shutting down and deleting user info in DIM didn't solve the problem.
