in Daz Studio Discussion

 Recently purchased two products and downloaded them via the DIM. One of the products showed up in the smart content, no problem. 

the second product has gone MIA. I tried uninstall and re install--a fix that usually works but still that procuct cannot be found.

anyone else have this issue? 

any suggestions on how to get wihat I paid for? 

product in question is dForce Lace Band Panty for genesis 8

    If you can install it, you got what you paid for. The problem is all those "Welcome to Daz" products (and that is one) do not have any metadata, provided by Daz, so it will not show up in Smart Content no matter how many times you re-install it. Sorry, but you will have to make your own metadata. Daz was quick to welcome the artists, but was not prepared to process their products to Daz standards.

    Or you can submit a help request to Sales and ask for a refund.

    Have you checked if it's available in the Content Library (e.g., People > Genesis 8 Female > Clothing) for manual use? That might be a quick workaround if you haven't tried it yet.

    If you can find it in your content library, yu can create metadata for it yourself.
