Neon 8.1 Female Problem?

Hello,
I was wondering does anybody knows why this Neon for Genesis 8.1 Female is not working right? Here is the picture of what it looks like. Also, I did updated my Daz Studio to 4.24 and updated my nvidia but still it's not working. Also, my computer is I7-6700k, Windows 10 and Nvidia 3060 Ti. Please help me thank you.

How did you install? It looks like a mangled install; those boxes are when there is an error in the data folder.
I reinstalled it manually and overwritten it like the customer service told me to; but it didn't work. So, I use "Daz Install Manager" to download it to see if that work but it didn't. So, I have no idea is why is it not working right
Alright, I finally managed to make it worked. I just copy the files from my "DAZ3D" Program Folder from my laptop computer which it worked in there and pasted the files in my main computer. It just so weird though because I thought I got everything like the same. I guess not. LOL.
Do you ever log in from DS? If so maybe you installed a Connect version from DS by mistake, and it didn't install properly. That would explain why reinstalling with DIM didn't help as Connect version is used if there's one.
