The coupon is supposed to work once with 2 items in the same cart, not to be used twice. You'll likely need a support ticket.
Thanks
I think there's something wrong with this page:
https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-9-starter-essentials
I tried to watch the promos but it didn''t respond, then when scrolling down to the Add-ons section I found hundreds if not thousands of products with swirling icons (may take a little while before they show up).
Thumbnails load for me OK (I did notice one swirl, that may be a particualr product that hjas been removed or the like). Not sure what you mean about watching the promos.
For me the "Items You May Be Interested In" and the "AddOns" thumbnails at the bottom of the page are all swirlies.
Interesting, they resolve after about twenty seconds for me - using Firefox.
I'm using the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10 and they didn't resolve for me even after more than 2 minutes.
Well clicking on the promo thumbnails did nothing, and I got "out of memory" errors from Windows at some point. But for some reason it works now, it just takes a long time before the promos load when clicking a thumbnail and the page / Add-On thumbnails never seems to finish loading. This is in Chrome, tried on another PC in Edge, same issues.
I think it's loading all those Add-On thumbnails that slow things down, is there really supposed to be several thousand of them on this page?
Tried in Firefox, same issue, it even complains that the page is slowing down the browser.
In Edge, on Windows 11 Pro, the Genesis 9 Starter Essentials product page also behaves erratically for me. It is as if it were hyperbloated. Edge prompted me to exit it.
Next, in Firefox, it warned me that the Daz Deals add-on was making the whole thing heavier, so I disabled it temporarily. Now, the page loads somewhat fine in Firefox. But hundreds and hundreds of products are listed as add-ons for the G9 Starter Essentials in the product's page. I actually don't know if that's intended, but that many thumbnails, links and whatnot may be a real heavy load, I can imagine.
Well I'm not using DAZ Deals so it can't be that which is causing it, for me.
Has this been resolved? I don't recall seeing anything. I rather guess it hasn't yet, because of the weekend.
Probably what you said.
Okay, thanks!
In what section of the sale are they found?
I searched for both in Still New and couldn't find them.
Some outlet items are getting no discount, for instance, this.
B.t.w., outlet items rotate, accumulate, stay the same? How does it work?
Problem seems to be fixed. Just before I started to write this, I didn't see anything more recent than Ava 9 on the linked page https://www.daz3d.com/still-new#index=0&order=popular^1&filtered=1, but I refreshed & as far as I can tell everything is there now. I did notice that that page loads sorted by Most Popular & not New Arrivals by default, which is odd. I tested yesterday's New Release https://www.daz3d.com/phenotypes-for-dog-8 which shows standard members' 30% off on the page & it discounts properly in cart.
Related: today's D+FAD also shows full price on the product page not the Premier price as it should for me, but again discounts correctly in the cart.
I *think* it's the same selection as it started with but hard to tell with a 1600+ item selection. A *lot* don't have Outlet pricing today which is easy to see sorting by High to Low. I can confirm several of those have been Outlet all along, as they are in my Wishlist.
Reported.
I'm seeing the same issue. Seemingly about a third of the outlet store (and four of a couple dozen items I was probably about to buy) currently don't have outlet pricing. I don't know if it's a temporary error, or they are being removed and are yet mislabeled. I'll work on a backup idea until we get some info or it gets resolved.
// edit: I discovered two more I missed in my wishlist... curiously they mostly if not all seem to be Daz Original items and seemingly about half of all that are or were in the outlet store. Testing a cart with my four "recent" outlet items and one normally priced outlet item failed to fix anything or activate the extra discount anywhere. //
It currently seems to be showing correct outlet prices on my end!
Outlet and Still New should both be fixed.
How do these things go bad and need to be fixed. (probably a rhetorical question)?
