Lady Darkness and her fiendish sidekick....who I thought was scary and creepy but apparently everyone thinks he's adoooooorables! LOL
edit: Right, after three attempts it's obvious Ms Lady Darkness doesn't want to play, and won't attach, so I'll link it from my gallery instead. She is SUCH an evil biotch. :sigh:

Hes a little ankle biter! lol just begging to be unleashed onto the world. I think the most evil ones ARE the ones u dont expect. Thats part of their evil... they make u think, awww how cute! Then they rip your throat out lol Awesome job jaki... but then you guys always do an awesome job with these images!
aaand i forgot to add the scythe again :0 ( i think that thing is going to get it's own render, it's too cool looking to keep neglecting lol) This took a little longer than i planed.
DB... wow that is soooo cool. How did you make it look all sketched? And yanno, I almost used those bats on my main promo lol but I went with the skulls in the moon instead
please tell me you rendered the figure and then took it into photoshop and HAND DREW the sketching on it, cos if that's some filter I don't have, I'm going to curl up into a ball and sob piteously :)
Thanks :) I render it out with no textures than sketch it out in a painting app called paint tool sai. (and Gimp for some finishing touches)
LOVE this pkg, just finished this one. I literally could keep rendering with nothing else but your products Iggy. :)
Wow, another gorgeous job! Great lighting too... it really makes the glow stand out
I'm SO glad you like it!:)
wonderful !
Just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful product.
Not sure if I did it justice, since I basically turned every "gold" part into a silver Iray shader. The glow seems to work fine with Iray, but the metal seems a bit matte, if you use it out of the box. Hope you like it.
Awesome work! The metal looks really good.
And yeah, its pretty matte straight out of the box, tho I assumed it could also be my lighting (I really need to pick up some iray lights) The glow works out of the box, but it really needs emission set up to make it really burn. Hopefully I wont be too burnt out to do an iray add-on later. I really need some time to just mess about in there.
I was contemplating whether or not to add this new picture because it's pretty much the last one i did but coloured, (and add new BG) but i think it looks different enough to add.
Thank you so much! I'm so happy you liked it.
I think it's already great you optimized it for 3Delight, since a lot of people still work with the old engine. But if you could do an Iray add-on later, it will be very wanted as well. But take your time, it's already a very great product in itself.
Bunny... wow, I really like that one too. I cant decide which I like better. I like the first coz its monotone... but the second is so colorful. Its almost comic-booky
Chanteur... ty for the compliment. And yeah, iray seems to be in serious high demand lol I totally need clones of me, and a whole computer control station in my office. Nothing could stop me then!!! :cackles and hides world domination plans:
Thanks :) I like the coloured one mostly because I never have much luck colouring anything and it sorta turned out ok this time lol.
Bah, thats not true... your images have great color! But I guess we are always our own worst critic lol
:)
for 3d stuff i think i have gotten pretty decent at getting teh colours to look good, but i painted this one in paint tool sai. even that background was drawn and coloured by hand. (the ground beneth her is one of ron's brushes though) I wasn't sure how it would turn out doing it that way.
Well you did an awesome job making it look sketchy-ish. And huh, I thought it was an actual ground rendered.
Also, wanted to drop a note to whoever is watching... this is your final chance to save on Lady Darkness (and my store) Catch up sale weekend is on.
