Discounts??? ---SOLVED---

Just wondering if anyone else is getting disxounts when you put things into the cart? The other day, I was finding things less in the cart than on the product page, and when I put in two items, it brought it down further. But yesterday and today, that's not happening, even though my sister is still getting the extra discounts. My Premier membership expires tomorrow, but it's on auto-renew, so it hasn't expired yet. I tried logging out and logging back in, but I still don't get the extra disdounts. This is disappointing.

    Did you have any tokens active in your cart, that perhaps expired? That could do it...

    I'm finding items that are supposed to be discounted, but not marked for discount. That is, they only appear discounted in the cart. This has been happening a lot in my experience. Also finding some items discounted less than marked. Predominantly within the MightyMite store. This is no way to operate a business.

    melanie, yes, it happens when you put an item that is tied to some other promotion. For example, if you check the sales page, owning or having in the cart any of the current Daz+ for a Day items gives you an extra discount for items listed in the Featured Artists section. Which means that the price of the item will go down further when you put it in the cart. If you bought D+faD items recently, you might have gotten those extra discounts in the previous days but not anymore, because the item is not D+faD item.

    There's more various situations when various discounts stack, and nobody can give you a general answer. Sharing the screenshot of your cart usually helps. Also, if something doesn't work, there's a Sales Reporting thread where not only you can report issues but also check if the issue has already been reported and/or resolved.

    No, I hadn't put any tokens in my cart. I don't have any expired tokens. It was just automatically lowering the total to a discount the other day without using tokens, but not on what I was buying today or yesterday. It works for my sister, but not for me.

    The items I was getting extra discount on the other day were new releases. Then yesterday and today, it was just the prices marked on the product pages. But my sister is getting the extra discount, and not from using tokens or coupons. It was just reducing the price once in the cart.

    Has your sister purchased a Daz+ for a Day item more recently than you?

    As I was explaining, IF your sister owns one of the Daz+ for a Day items and you don't, she will get the discount, and you won't. You did not say that you both have one of them or don't have them.

    Richard Haseltine and Joanna - I am melanie's sister and I have purchased a Daz+ for a Day recently.  That must be it.
