I've got this NEW marked item in my cart but not showing any discount.

    Depends how new.

    Use the product index and the SKu to locate the product; it details when it was release.

    Looks like they are doing away with discounts on some of the new stuff. May be getting ready for the pc+ sale. (?)

    Most new items are on intro discount for 2 weeks. After that they usually don't get on sale until they are not considered "new" anymore (ie 60 days after release)

    Christina Hair is fifteen days old now, and won't be discounted unless there's some sort of overriding reason to. Sometimes the PA Sale has re-adopted a piece that's already been featured, but not always (or even usually).

    yeah sometimes some new items only stay on their intro price for a short time but sometimes come back up on various sales more often than others so it might get added to the next big promo sale at the same intro price sometimes sometimes even on a better deal gotten a few things that have gone that way. I've got this hair btw love it nice colours and movement morphs it's a favorite

    sorry should have checked at start of weekend of this catch up sale but the hair is on sale again if you see this you may still be in time but should end any hour now but I'm sure it'll come up again on a good deal real soon
