Daz cart issue

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I don't know if anyone can help me but I can't get into my daz cart. I'm guessing maybe I have too many items in it but I was unaware there was a limit. I usually am a person that throws things in a cart then goes through them to narrow them down to what I really want at the time. Anyway.... I either get an error message or unable to reach Daz server. For a while I was getting lucky and the added to cart menu came up when I tried to add something new and manage to delete a few things out of it but it justwasn't enough to be able to access my cart again. Can anyone help me? I tried on both my phone and PC to access it but no go. Is there away around it? I tried customer support but only recieved one reply which was just asking me if I still had the problem. I can't buy anything until the issue is fixed.

    That sounds interesting - apparently you do have an enormous number of items in there, so it may be a hard limit or it may simply be timing out. It has been passed on to one of the tech people.

    It is possible to get the cart emptied, if you like - but that will completely empty it, you will need to start over.
