Alembic Exporter install Unregistered!?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

So apparently I bought and was using the "shareware version" as the evaluation period is up and the program has noted that I need to register this program, when I already did in order to enable the program in the first place!...And yeah, the serial was valid, well...Apparently not, as my Daz install has it out for me...Illuminani confirmed.. surprise

.Any help will be appreciated Thanks in advance!

    1) check your account to see if you have a S/N

    2) this would be best handled by submitting a ticket under Help, if the S/N does not resolve your issue

    Thanks, yes, I already entered my serial, in fact I stored it offline in a rtf with all my serials..Thanks for the help, off to the ticket agents I go then.
