Forum logged well, but DIM "unable to login".

    On a new installation or were you able to log in before and have now lost the ability?

    New installation. Also login successful on daz3d site.

    Personally , thinking there can be VPN issue (i'm working from Russia with VPN).

    That could be it, in which case you would probably need to open a support ticket.
