Cancelling Membership

Hello,

Does anyone have any idea how to actually cancel membership?

I've gone into my account, then "membership management"

I can see Subscription Status

 

Membership: Active - Annual - Daz+ Yearly

Price: $99.00

Next Renewal: 2025-06-01

 

But cannot see an option there to cancel it.

    If you continue scrolling down it should show the various membership tiers.  Is there a "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP" button on your "Current Tier" ?

    If there is and you try it please post how the process works.  I'm going to have to cancel my DAZ+ membership unless they add Store Credit as a payment method and remove antuo-renew.  Thanks.

    Ah, I didn't think to scroll down further!
    Too early in the morning haha.

    Thanks for that, yeah worked, simply it pops up and says are you sure, (once maybe twice) and then you just click confirm to cancel losing benefits etc
