Very sexy body shape + attractive face. Skin looks great in promos, especially hands & feet. Usable out-of-box (rare!) or as a base for mixing & morphing.

Agreed, and I especially enjoyed the tie-in with the long-awaited (by weirdos like me and Matt Castle) release of Centaur 9.
I got a deer! And lots of discounts!
She has similar features to Death 9. Don't love the lip filler, but I'll see what I can do.
Great body, with some small morphs she could become the G9 equivalent to Lilith 3. The head reminds me very strongly of Vicky 9, but there are still some differences
Sorry. I expected Centaur 9 to be available as an option for the character bundle coupon - Seeing that it's being promoted on the main page.
I get to the listing, and it's actually another female bundle. No centaur. Misleading, and very disappointing. Why not just promote Lauryn 9, and have the Centaur bundle as an add on...
Lauryn looks great-I love her skin texture. Not into centaurs so passing on all of that stuff. Her alternate shape is a bit too strange even without the centaur form added to it. But I am most happy that I lucked out with a 3rd character bundle this month. I didn't use my coupon yet and can do so today at the 11th hour.
Yeah, that was a bit strange. I thought her addon shape was a separate centaur form until I saw you needed Centaur 9 to use it. If I were into centaurs, I would be quite annoyed with having to collect 4 forms (3 technically but the HD addon always comes separately, don't like that) for Lauryn and potentially 3 bundles to get the full experience, with then still having a bunch of extra stuff to fully customize the shape(s).
I'm sticking with Lauryn and plucking out some of the fantasy stuff from the bundles and grabbing some random things that are priced well today. And I also need to get the Daz Deer.
Maybe a male version will come later. I went back and looked at G3 and G8 and they released differently. I bought G3M Centaur's bundle separaetly from G3F's althought a bought a hair from the collection. For G8, both were released in one bundle. With G9, it would have made more sense to release a combo pack, but maybe the money will be spread out more with two bundles?
(Cloudfare, I hate you. Four to five interruptions is ridiculous.)
Very disappointing that Premier members only get the less interesting of the two new core figures: A Victoria 9 variation, quite nice and with pretty body, but what feels like the 145th white female since the start of Generation 9.
Man, we are rapidly approaching the point where a "character bundle" just contains a single item. Might as well not bother.
I like her a lott actually, but her face is too gaunt for such a voluptuous body. I suppose this modern celebrity trend of lip filler and buccal fat remove must be taken into account, in that case she works well. And why in the heck is not the Centaur 9 release the Premier offering instead of her? Not that I've used the prior centaur products I have yet, but who knows, Greek & Roman mythology might inspire me someday, and I like not having to buy the centaur stuff twice in Genesis 9.
I actually didn't realize there was a character release other than the Centaur until I saw this thread. I just went back and checked the sales page and I see her now, but sometimes these sales pages are designed in a way that you miss things if you're not looking for them. You get the email saying Centaur 9 is released, I'm not looking for a new character otherwise so I just scrolled past the character looking for the centaur originally. But she looks like a nice character to have.

I find the multiple bundles and contents getting to be a bit convuluted and hard to navigate. I feel I have to check too much to make sure I am not already buying one item in another set.
This time I missed out on the reduced price toon horse. At any rate, making it easier so we don't repurchase stuff would be great.
She's not really doing it for me. I like aspects of her face and her textures look fairly good. But the bundle is tiny and the HD is underwhelming - as have been the majority of recent HD morphs. Hands and feet are done well enough; a faint crease here and there; more generally looks underdeveloped and the short of detail you could likely procedurally generate if you had access to the HD tools. Or by throwing on a detail map onto the skin. I guess I'll get the bundle for her textures and the hair if it sees a steep discount in the future.
Still have my character bundle coupon for this month. While I'll use it up because it's free, I equally wouldn't be upset if it expired. I simply no longer look forward to DO releases.
I compared her HD to Victoria 7's and yeah, less detail from what I could see. For some reason knees are considered Mature Content. Really? But, I can wait six to nine months for her price to drop. I do know my first reaction when I saw her was why was Daz releasing Victoria 9 as a Centaur? After looking at her more, she is not the exact same sculpt but she is so close I could modify V9 if I wanted her.
I swore off the centaurs when I found I had never used them. And I do love Greek and Roman mythology. I do appreciate that the PAs created the clothing/armor so it could be used by humans or centaurs. That is nice. So I will buy the bits I like and leave the rest for whenever, if ever.
I saw it and bought this bundle immediately. It's simply great; I love every single item!

Your new toon hair is amazing and I am getting it today.
Making the whole release centered on Centaur 9 with a main promo with a darker than usual male character when in reality this week's character is Lauryn which is yet another young white skinny female is like a twisted joke. Totally missleading, it looked like 2 core figures were being relesed simultaneously.
Anyways, I love that they made a Centaur for this generation and I can't wait to use it.
Lip filler: Check. Buccal fat removal: Check. Breast enhancement: Check. BBL: Still saving up.
Yeah, she's definitely built for the, let's say, more intimate kind of material. Similar to Elena in the form, but closer to Victoria with the skin.
I'm not loving her. She's stylised, I usually prefer realistic. She might suit other's tastes more. Not mad though. I got so much good stuff yesterday!

Max freckle. The hair looks ok but is difficult to pose. I'm not sure why it has dforce, I can't quite see any simulation happening. It clips the chest because I was impatient and couldn't fix it after about five minutes. Swapped out the eyebrows and eyelashes. Attached a no-freckle version.

Last picture I was more have a play with an experimental omni-skin-shader thing, but it was hard to light both characters. That guy's skin just glows! I like the fjaa3d outfit, as always. Her huge chest causes some clipping.
Nice renders, Sid. I enjoy her-the freckled skin feels like an upgraded variation of Victoria. Even though I don't like the centaurs, all the products released today are pretty good quality, so that's an absolute win for me.

Does anyone know if you can use the Cervitaur with other feminine figures, or is Lauryn 9 really required?
This thread inspired me to have another look at her. I'm just about ready to pull the trigger on just the character. With a coupon and some tokens the price is around $7.00, maybe less.
Her cartoon form is defs my favourite for that rendering type.
Thanks for the renders everyone, that always helps so much (and they're looking really cool, incidentally - especially Sid's with the deer, the deer comes out SO well of the background!). To me, Lauryn looks like an exact cross of V9 and Death 9 in the face, so since I have both, I don't see why I should be getting her. Body looks just plain weird to me, but then, I'm probably not as much on top of modern body-styling trends as I could be ;-)
I like it that we now have a G9 centaur though which will be more versatile than the older ones of course, and I can't wait to see what Matt Castle does with it. But I'm probably not getting it right away, I don't need it atm. (Oh sorry, last bit was OT, hope not too much)
But regardless, if she is a Vicky variant, she's one that appeals - unlike Victoria 9 herself. Lauryn 9 and Julian 9 are essentially "what Victoria 9 and Michael 9 should have been" - in a better world. ;)
(Reminds me of Van Helsing 9, which I also think is a better Victoria 9 than the actual Victoria 9.)
