Attempting to download products, but keep getting kicked out

Am I the only person who is having this issue? I'm trying to download some recently-purchased products, but when I click the 'Download' button (I'm installing manually, by the way), I get kicked back to the main 'My Account' page, where I have to navigate back to the 'Product Library' page, and try again -- where the exact same thing happens, over and over again!
The thing is, some products do download successfully -- some of them first horse out of the gate, others after several attempts. But others..., well, I really don't expect to live that long. I give them six attempts; after that, I'm like, "Screw this noise!".
If it matters, my internet connection is by Verizon Wireless, using a Novatel 5510L 'Jetpack'. (I'm located out in the middle of freakin' nowhere, so wireless/cellular is pretty much the only game in town. Unless you want to do dial-up. Which I most certainly do not!)

May depend where all the connections are; Hurricanes are known to affect power lines.
I don't know the answer. However, when I visit the forums and it displays the forum page for a second then cicks me back to the "My Account" page, that's because it has decided to log me out. Perhaps something similar is happening to you. I cannot visit the fourms via an email link until I have first logged back in (which doesn't log you all the way in), then clicked on a bookmarked (non-email) forum link (to complete the login, you know it's successful when you briefly see a message to the effect of "logging in", then the website works normally again. You could try these steps the next time it happens to see if that works on the store as well as on the forums, although I haven't had to do it there yet myself.
